a. our artificial Astrakhan ( Karakul ) fur is with very smooth silky touch, natural fur luster ,  attractive curly design and with very good Good ventilation and heat preservation performance which can be used for Winter overcoat, jackets, hats,boots for both gentleman and ladies.

b. in order to make out the same curly design of natural Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur , we use the embossing technique,  firstly we made out a embossing mould with the deeply and same curly design as original natural  Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur , then under high temperature like 120 degree we make embossing on the fur fabrics to get our artificial Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur with attractive curly design…

b. we used some different fur to make out quality to make the base fur of our   faux Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur, sometime , we use weft knit and warp knit technique to knit out the good quality fur , then making embosssing on it with attractive curly design which is same as natural  Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur .

c. the weight of our  atificial Astrakhan ( Karakul) fur is about 750g/meter to 1000g/meter, the fiber can be : 100% polyester, 100% rayon, 100% acrylic .
