About 7 months ago,  we met one new India customer on Internet,  through our communication,

we knew they are a professional factory 

for all kinds of pets products including faux fur beds, mats and sofa for pets.

as we produced and exported many kinds of faux fur and knitted polyester fleece which were used for pets products,  

so we knew this project very well…

then we sent customers A4 size samples and offer them competitive price…

after several months waiting,  in July, customer started to requested samples yardages for :

1. warp knitted rabbit fur with 2 colors , each color 20meters.

2. 35mm pile length polyboa with several colors, each color 20meters.

3. suede bonded brushed fleece fabric: 10meter for dark grey color

4. some chemical fabric with different constructions with each color 5-10meters.

we prepared the samples yardages with good quality and colors with one week and sent to customer to support them to make preproduction pets beds samples…

last week, we got good news from customer that their Europe customer are satisfied with the pets beds samples made

by our faux fur fabric, polyboa fabric and micro suede fabric

and decided to confirm the 1st trial order…

the 1st trial fabric order including:

1.  warp knitted rabbit fur with 3 colors with 410gsm weight, 155cm width, 10mm pile length,  each color 4000meters

2. micro fiber suede bonded brushed fleece fabric, with 380gsm weight, 155cm width, 2 colors , each color : 2000meters.

above total 16000meters will be loaded into 1x 40″ container, now we are rushing the production and plan to finishe

the production and ship out this container before Oct 20, 2022…
