On August 4, 2022, one UK customer confirmed order with our faux fur factory for 10000pcs faux leather jackets and
after getting 30% deposit , we started the production from fabric, there are severl style jackets and coats with different fabrics,
including:
1. micro fiber suede fabric with 320gsm weight, 160cm width, light brown color for Lulu style
2. faux sheep napa leather fabric with black color for black Cropped penny , black biker and black trench style ,
3. nylon Taslon fabric with black and khaki green color for Puffa short and long style…
4. weft knitted 100% wool sherpa fur bonded with foiled suede fabric for black duster coat
5. leopard print imitation casmere fabric for leopard cocoon style…
total above 5 kinds of fabric involved in this faux fur coat and fake leather garment order, it took us around 20-25days
to finish all the fabrics,
then before the end of August, all the fabric reached our sewing factory and then we started cutting and sewing
as the weather became cold in UK now , so customer need goods urgently, so everyday we rushed the production ,
till now we had shippped out 2 parts of goods to London by air shipment…
next week there will be 3000pcs coats and jackets must be sent to UK by sea shipment, and another 1000pcs must be aired .
based on present production schedule, we plan to shipped out all the goods to customer before the middle of October,
2022 so that customer can have a good sale before 2022 Christmas season…
