at the beginning of March, we met one one new customer from Colombia from internet and confirm

one order with him on wechat within 3days with high efficiency…

the order is with 100% polyester  polyboa/ Pv plush with 40mm,  220gsm, 220cm width,

with total 16cols,  total order quantity 21tons which must be loaded into 1×40“ high foot container…

as there are too many colors, total 16 colors, so we have to do following steps one by one:

1. firslty made col lab-dips for each col with A/B/C choice and send to customer for confirmation one by one…

2. meanwhile we start to warp knit the grey fabric , total 21tons.

3. after getting confirmation of each col lab-dip from customer, we dyed the grey fabric into the correct colors which customer had confirmed…

4. after dying, we made the brushing on the fabric to get the correct pile of 40mm.

5. then we make polishing on fabric to get fabric with shining and soft handfeel...

after 40days hard work, we finished the whole production due to customer request with perferct quality , weight, width and colors...

also we sent to customer each col hanger size for their confirmation...

on Apr 24, we loaded the container all the goods fully and plan to ship out to customer before international labour day...

it is new order from the new customer,  we believed through our 1st cooperation,

this new customer will know our faux fur factory very well through 

our perfect quality and col,  competitive price, prompt delivery and best service,

also we believed that he will become our old customer with long time standing cooperation...
