It is well known that , Eastsun textiles is the world famous faux fur factory which specialized in all kinds of long pile faux fur fabric since 1998…

but since its Establishment on 1998,  customers always asked us one problem, can you make the good quality long pile artificial fur without the fiber come off from pile side ?

due to the limit of machine and traditional weft knit technique , at that time we always had problems that the pile side fiber is easily came off from , 

if customers used our faux fur fabrics as garments linning fur, after wearing, when taking off the outwear, the person will became snow man , really ugly and not comfortable…

at that time, there are hundreds of artificial fur factories in the world, but no one can find a way out to settle this problem…

then after 2003,  we developed out warp knit faux fur that have firm knitting constructions which can fasten fiber firmly on the pile side,

the fiber will not come off easily like weft knitting faux fur, but the limit is the pile length of our warp knit faux fur cannot be as longer as weft knitting long pile fur,

the maxiam pile length of our warp knitting faux fur is only range from  8 to 35mm, not longer…

in 2021,  after almost 20 years development, both the knitting machine and knitting technique in our faux fur factory are already on high level,  

our technique managers started again to develop the long pile fur without non-shedding, just in last week, we are succeed in this item,  

the faux fox fur with long pile 65-70mm are with firm outstanding pile , even we put the very sticky tape on the pile side, we cannot pull out even 1 pc of fiber through the pile side…

it is the revolution in weft knitting long pile faux fur history,  Congratulations to the technique manager who engaged in such great development !

After the good news was released, many of our customers flocked in and asked for a large number of orders.

now we are still keep on developing our other kinds of long pile faux fur, like faux raccoon fur, faux mink fur, faux goat fur, faux dog fur with non-shedding pile…

we believed that after developed more and more long pile faux fur with non-shedding pile, our faux fur factory will have much better future in business…
