It is well known that except all kinds faux fur/fake fur/artificial fur/ suede bonded faux fur fabric, Eastsun textiles can also produce all kinds of  garments by using

our faux fur and micro fiber suede fabric since year 2006.

Every year, we cooperated with many customers from USA and Europe who speciallized in all kinds of faux fur and artificial leather jackets and garments,

including : all kinds of faux fur and artificial leather garments made by our faux sherpa fur / warp knit rabbit fur / long pile faux fox fur/ high pile fake dog fur / high quality imitation raccoon fur / sherpa fleece…

Last week, we just confirmed a big order from one UK customer, total order quantity is 5000pcs with total 5 styles with 7colors,

the order including:

1.  faux suede leather jackets with fur trimming:

a.  the faux suede leather we used including weft knit suede with double side brushed, weight 320gsm, with natural suede look and touch…

b.  also we used air layer suede with 280gsm weight which with more body touch which are suitable for raincoat…

c.  the fur we used including natural fur  ( mongolian lambwool and Toscana sheep fur ) and long pile faux fox fur for the collar.

2. faux fur coats with stripe curved design:

    the faux fur is our warp knit rabbit fur quality with 850grams / meter, 20mm pile length.

3. long style black artificial sheep Nappa leather jackets with black col matching synthetic mink fur tirmming:

this week we had started the production of above micro fiber suede fabric/ natural mongolian lambwool fur / faux fox fur / synthetic mink fur for this new order…

our production schedule is to finish all the production of above fabric within 20days and spent another 25-30days to produce all 5000pcs of garments…
