Almost all the customers who want to business with us always asked us one question, that is:

how many meters of your  faux fur fabric can be loaded into 1×40″ HQ ?

frankly speaking, it is not easy to reply this question, as we had hundreds different kinds of faux fur/ artificial fur/ suede bonded faux fur /

polyboa/ warp knit rabbit fur/ sherpa fur / sherpa fleece fabric which are with different weight, differnt pile length,

different volume which lead to totally different loading quantity into 1×40″ HQ…

for example:

1. for our hot sale faux sherpa fur with 300gsm, 10mm pile length, 150cm width with different colors:

a. if with normal package, we can loaded 12500meters  into 1×40″ HQ.

b. if with vacuum packing, we can loaded 16000meters into 1×40″ HQ.

2. for  our hot sale sherpa fleece  with 260gsm, 15mm pile length, 155cm width with different colors:

a. if with normal package, we can loaded 13500meters  into 1×40″ HQ.

b. if with vacuum packing, we can loaded 18000meters into 1×40″ HQ.

3. for recently hot sale long pile faux fox fur and fake dog fur with tip dyeing and 2 color melange, 800g/meter, 55mm pile  length, 160cm width:

    we can loaded 11300meters  into 1×40″ HQ.

4. for high weight ,high quality long pile faux raccoon fur and artificial fox fur with 2000grams/meter, 155 cm width, 65-75mm pile length: 

    firstly we must use high quality paper carton to by pack to make protection of the pile side ,  the loading quantity is only 3500meters into 1×40″ HQ .

5. for warp knit rabbit fur , 230gsm, 150cm width, 10mm pile with different cols: 

    we loaded totoal 25000-26000meters into 1×40“ HQ.

6. for warp knit polyboa/ Pv Plush with 35mm pile length, 220gsm, 150cm width:  

    in April, we loaded 24 tons,  totally 72000meters into 1×40″ HQ with tightly rolling and packing..

7. for warp knit flannel fleece, 280gsm, 5mm pile length, 160cm width: 

a. if with normal package, we can loaded 9 tons  into 1×40″ HQ.

b. if with vacuum packing, we can loaded 16tons into 1×40″ HQ.

8. for micro fiber suede bonded sherpa fur with 450gsm, 155cm width, 10mm pile length:

    we can totally loaded 11000meters into 1×40″ HQ.

as we had hundreds of faux fur fabric , we cannot stated one by one, but everytime we always try best to load as more quantity as we can into the container

so that our customers can save sea-freight cost, as since 2020, the sea freight increase crazily every month…
