In the capital of Colombia, Bogta,  we had 5 good customers here,  among them , there is one soft faux fur toys factory which we had cooperated since 2006,

everyyear, they bought many kinds of Polyboa  / Pv Plush / Soft velvet / tricot rabbit fur/ soft velboa/ EF velboa fabric from us with following specification:

1. 110mm long pile faux sheep fur with 650grams/meter, 160cm width for toys’ hair and beard.

2. 7mm polyboa with 260gsm, 160cm width for small size soft toys.

3. 12mm/ 15mm/ 20mm polyboa with 330gsm, 160cm width for middle size soft toys.

4. 20mm/ 25mm /30mm/ 35mm polyboa / Pv Plush with 360gsm, 160cm width for big size soft toys…

5. 2-3mm soft velboa / EF velboa/ soft velvet/ soft spandex velvet with 210-260gsm weight, 160cm width…

6. 10mm pile length, 230gsm, 160cm warp knit rabbit fur…

as above fabric are not so fluffy so that we can always do normal packing tightly and load as more quantity as we can into the container…

in July, we got new order with new quality for this container, it is 2 side brushed flannel fleece with weight : 280gsm,  180cm width, total order quantity is: 6tons,

as in 2020/ 2021, the sea-freight became crazily higher, in order to save cost, customer required that we must load the total 6tons into 20 foot container…

but when we finished the production last week, we found total volume is: 38CBM, it is impossible for us to put total 38CBM goods into the 20foot container which only had 28CBM space,

after checking with our packing manager, finally we decided to use our professonal vaccum machine to make vaccum packing,

when the container arrived at our fatory, we used special Polybag and make the vaccum packing one by one roll , after 4 hours ‘s hard work, finally we loaded all the 6tons goods and shipped out

to customer…

we finished our work with high efficienty perfectly and this customer is satisfied with our work and now they are planing to send new order to us asap…
