(2) the Production process of our weft knitting artificial fur:

The processing technology of artificial fur is complex, and the production cycle is usually more than 15 days. Some are dyed and then spun from bulk fibers, 

while others are processed after spinning. Take double yarn as an example, the processing flow is as follows:

1. fiber dyeing into different cols as customer ordered

2. combing and spinning into thicker yarn with 3-5cm diamater，

3. weft  knitting to get yarn knitted together to make out pile side and backing side.   

4. setting under 120 ℃ degree. 

5.  printing different designs as customer requested. 

6.  shearing to get certain pile heigth as customer requsted. 

7.  washing + softening to get fabric with soft handfeel.  

8.  polising to get pile side with natural fur handfeel and fluffy looking

9. inspection to ensure good the quality as customer want. 

10.  packing : packed into rolls with water-proof bag.
